Saving Paws Animal Rescue of Kentucky (SPARKY) is proud to offer the Community Pet Pantry, a program designed to help pet owners in need by providing essential supplies such as food, leashes, collars, and toys. Assistance is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is dependent on available inventory.
Eligibility Requirements
- Completed and Approved application must be on file to receive benefits
- Be 18 years or older and the legal owner of the pet.
- Present a valid photo ID with your current address at each visit.
- Understand that distribution amounts are based on need and inventory availability.
- All pets are spayed or neutered, or agree to work with us to have them altered.
