Nugget is the WBKR Pet of the week!

My name is Nugget. I am 6 years old. I have not had a wonderful life up until now, I was a puppy mill dog and spent my life having litter after litter. Now that I’m old and no longer able to produce I was discarded. The vet said my teeth are in really bad shape but she can’t do anything about it yet because I’m heartworm positive. The vet said that’s why I cough so much and get sick to my tummy sometimes because I have worms in my heart. I’m thankful for SparKy Rescue saving me from an uncertain future because I know I will get medical treatment for my health issues plus I don’t have to sleep in a dirty cage anymore!
