Here is another update on Tiny Tim from Lauren Bailey who is fostering him:
Even though his spirits were high and he had seemed to be doing better, Tiny Tim had to be taken into surgery this morning to repair his severed urethra. Swelling on his hind end had increased overnight and it was the only option to try to save his precious life. Surgery was very extensive and took over 2 hours. His pelvis is in fact broken and the little guy will require lots of nursing care and physical therapy. He will be coming home to my house for overnight care and monitoring. The next few days will be very critical for Tiny Tim. Infection will be one of his biggest obstacles.
