Meet Daisy Mae
If you are looking for an extremely affectionate constant companion, Daisy Mae is the girl for you! Curling up on your lap isn’t good enough. She wants to sit beside you and put her head on your shoulder. Daisy Mae is an approximately 3 year old dachshund mix. She came to SparKy in August 2018 diagnosed with heartworms. She had evidently had many puppies in her short lifetime, and when she was spayed it was found she had the start of a uterine infection. She is healthy now, but will need to be retested for heartworms in February 2019.
Daisy Mae has a lot of energy for three year old dog. She absolutely loves toys, but she will destroy stuffed toys quickly. She needs chew toys to keep her occupied.
