Event Rules & Guidelines

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well‑organized Car & Motorcycle Show for all participants, vendors, and visitors, please review and follow the rules below.

General Event Rules

• Respect all staff, volunteers, vendors, and guests.
• Follow all posted signs and instructions from event organizers.
• No reckless driving, burnouts, racing, loud revving, or unsafe vehicle operation on event grounds.
• Alcohol, illegal substances, and disorderly behavior are not permitted.
• Pets must be leashed and controlled at all times.
• Keep the area clean—dispose of trash properly.

Vehicle Exhibitor Rules

• All vehicles must be checked in and parked in designated display areas.
• Engines must remain off during the event unless approved for demonstrations.
• No selling or vending from vehicles unless registered as a vendor.
• Exhibitors are responsible for their own belongings and vehicle security.

Food Truck Guidelines

Food trucks participate for free — no sign‑up fee.
• All food vendors must register prior to the event.
• Trucks must arrive during designated setup times.
• Must comply with all local food‑service and safety requirements.
• Generators must be safe, quiet, and positioned to avoid fumes near guests.

Craft Vendor Guidelines

• Craft vendor spaces are $15 per table.
• Vendors must bring their own tables unless otherwise stated.
• Set‑up and tear‑down times must be followed.
• All products must be family‑friendly.
• Vendors are responsible for their own payment systems, displays, and booth cleanliness.
